LABOR TO DELIVER UPGRADES AT HILLVIEW INTERCULTURAL COMMUNITY CENTRE

Labor Member for Swan, Zaneta Mascarenhas, together with Labor Member for Cowan, Dr Anne Aly, was in Bentley to announce that a re-elected Albanese Labor Government will deliver much-needed upgrades to the Hillview Intercultural Community Centre (Hillview).

This $350,000 election commitment will fund improvements to the alfresco and outdoor areas at Hillview, enhancing the functionality and accessibility of this important community hub.

Hillview is a community hub that supports residents of all backgrounds access a range of programs and activities like business mentoring, digital literacy initiatives and cultural workshops.

The commitment reflects the Albanese Labor Government’s ongoing support for multicultural communities and its commitment to delivering inclusive and accessible community infrastructure across Swan.

Consistent with past practice, election commitments will be delivered in line with Commonwealth Grants Rules and Principles.
